Lightning Ridge is a homogenous precious opal formed during the Cretaceous period, over 100 million years ago, in the freshwater of the Eromanga Sea in Australia. Their unique dark body tone enhances the vibrant intensity of colour and diverse play of colour. Like all natural untreated Australian opals, they are durable, stable and unaffected by water.

9ct yellow gold ruffled pendant measures 13.4mm long by 10.30mm wide and 5.5mm deep.
This solid, natural, untreated Rhodolite Garnet was sourced from Burma (Myanmar) last century (1980). Its total weight is 0.56ct, and it is 5mm long, 5mm wide, and 2.8mm deep.
The 9ct rose gold bezel setting is 6.4mm wide and 6.4mm long.
