Ethics and Responsibilities

We are a family-owned business focused on precious metal products and services. We focus on integrity, honesty, and transparency at all touchpoints within our customer service and business and quality policies. Our sense of responsibility and accountability extends to our clients, society, and the environment.

At Sunstate Jewellers, we specialise in using the most ethically and environmentally sustainable materials to carefully craft jewellery items to order which reduces waste and the detrimental impacts this has on people and the planet.

Over 51 years, we have nurtured trusted relationships with various local suppliers of gemstones that align with our values of integrity, environmental sustainability and ethical treatment of miners and cutters.

We are a Full Member of the prestigious Gold & Silversmiths Guild of Australia; your guarantee of excellent artistry and superior materials meeting Australian Standards in purity AS 2140-2008.

Our diamonds are sourced from trusted local suppliers with strict adherence to the Kimberley Process. The Kimberley Process is a commitment to remove conflict diamonds from the global supply chain. Today, participants actively prevent 99.8% of worldwide trade.

Over half a century, Sunstate Jewellers built a business with an inclusive and empowering culture where everyone is welcomed.

Our commercial success is based on the quality of our services and our commitment to the Responsible Jewellery Council's Code of Practices for business ethics, human rights, social impact, and environmental performance.

Sunstate Jewellers only uses precious metals recycled from existing jewellery and is refined back to their purest form before being alloyed. Protecting human rights and upholding our social responsibility are critical factors in manufacturing.

We understand our responsibility towards our customers, employees, and the environment, which ensures we can act as your reliable, responsible and accountable partner for any jewellery requirement.
